Our Journey & Evolution
Nagajhara began its journey in August 2023 as a members-only club under Nagajhara AgroEco Tourism Pvt. Ltd.
Over time, many passionate individuals joined hands, shaping the concept through continuous learning, shared insights, and real-world experience.
This collective evolution led to the creation of Nagajhara Nature Club Pvt. Ltd., where the model transformed from a simple membership format into a community-led, co-ownership-driven retreat.
Today, up to 70% of the company is structured to be owned by its co-owners—individuals who are investors, beneficiaries, and custodians of the retreat’s future.
We now invite you to be part of this community and co-own a nature retreat that grows with you.

Mr. Pattanayak, with over 30 years of experience in Sales, Training, and Entrepreneurship, has led ventures such as Meera Furniture and GraminPRACHAR—an award-winning rural marketing startup recognized with a cash prize of ₹1 L in 2015 for the Best Business Model.

Ms. Rajee, currently working with LSEG as a Practice Manager.
Mr Manoj Kumar Badnaik
Co-founder
Mr Badnaik is the 1st co-owner to join the team. He has a rich experience in NGO sectors and has worked with top-notch NGOs like UNICEF in the past.
